Reservations canceled within 48 hours of check-in may incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and fail to cancel will be charged for the full duration of the booking or as per the specific rate policy selected at the time of booking.
If a guest chooses to depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, a fee may apply based on the remaining nights. This is subject to the terms of your selected rate.
For group bookings (5 rooms or more), a customized cancellation policy will be shared at the time of booking. Different terms may apply including longer notice periods and partial prepayments.
Reservations made under a non-refundable rate plan cannot be canceled or modified without a charge. The full amount will be retained by Auristay Luxury Casino Hotels in case of cancellation.
